Description
One of Robert Half Technology's largest client seeks a key participant in the design and development of our J2EE application framework. This individual will work with technical leads to design the right solution using the framework and consult on best practices and conduct code reviews. Solution is deployed in a unix environment using WebSphere Application Server 6.1, MQSeries and an Oracle 10g database server.

Experience/Skills
• Minimum of 6 years J2EE design and development experience, 8 years of Java development experience, including Spring 2.x, Spring MVC, Spring WebFlow, Spring IOC, Spring Security, Java Server Pages, servlets, JMS, WebServices, iBatis, and Enterprise Java Beans.• Very strong OO design and development experience, specifically in the area of J2EE design patterns such as Model View Controller, IOC, Command pattern, Session Façade, Data Access Object pattern, etc. • Experience with WebSphere Application Server version 6.x is a plus. • Experience writing SQL and using JDBC to connect to relational databases is a plus.• Experience with SOA implementations, technologies and governance a plus• Experience over the full SDLC is a must.• Experience estimating the duration of design and development tasks.• Very Strong written and oral communication skills. • BS in Computer Science or related field.Local candidates highly preferred.
