Description
Lead the development and delivery of Web tracking and analysis and responsible for promoting SEO/SEM services to Agency Account Supervisors, Executives and clients. Execute strategic, proactive thinking, identifying trends and recommendations to clients and team members. Execute a 5-10% conversion rate for all SEO work.

Essential functions:

1. Quality Assurance * Manage optimization process for all project assignments, identify trends, providing recommendations based on integrated strategic planning.

2. Integration of Strategy * Collaborate with Market Planners and team leaders to ensure the integration of strategy between online marketing and other disciplines. Develop and deliver training and information sessions with staff based on changing trends and learnings. Attend client strategy meetings and identify opportunities for online marketing and measurement services.

3. Direct Online Marketing and Measurement * Provide analytics for best key word purchases, bid ranges, competitive analysis, and ROI/Sales projections

4. Develop Online Marketing and Measurement Processes * Establish and monitor processes for common procedures to include:

1. Define and develop targeted keywords
2. Monitor and report site rank
3. Conduct competitor analysis/research
4. Write quality SEO optimized Title and Meta tags
5. Basic Web Design with effective text links
6. Online Marketing Planning and Design
7. Online Marketing Implementation
8. Search Engine Registration
9. Referring Site Reports
10. Monthly/bi-weekly Tracking Reports
11. Quarterly Reports

5. Monitor performance to ensure process compliance and application of appropriate technologies.

6. Integration of Online Marketing and Measurement * ensure online SEO/SEM marketing and measurement are integrated into overall communication strategies for clients and the agency. Review market plans to determine how appropriate online marketing and measurement will add value to the market plans.

7. Coaching and Staff Development * Provide ongoing feedback on latest trends and changing behaviors with regard to interactive services and SEO/SEM.

Education: Four year technical degree in interactive development.

Experience: Typically requires two year*s experience delivering online marketing and measurement services. Software: MS Office products, Web Trends analytics, B2C and B2B client based
