Server Install - Late PM/Early AM Duluth, MN Area

We will be installing Dell Servers at approximately 2198 retail store locations across the US.

MUST HAVE A DIGITAL CAMERA!!!!!

PAID CONFERENCE CALL TRAINING - Conference calls every Tuesday and Thursday 11AM EST (on conf call the week before your install)

The client expects an efficient and timely rollout of the Server Refresh to all store locations.

Hours - Sites are done during the Evening Hours

Some Sites - Start 9:45 PM for approx. 12 hours
Other Sites - Start 3:45 AM for approx. 6-7 hours

Work to be performed at various sites:

Assembly and installation of the server rack
Installation of 2 Dell POS 2850 servers
Installation of 1 Dell KVM switch (5 USB cables)
Installation of 1 Dell ISP 2850 server

Documents are provided with step by step instructions on what to do as well as checklists to verify and track appropriate information.


Tools you will need:
Phillips Screw driver (Power Drill is recommend)
Cell phone and charger
Digital Camera take pictures in lowest resolution on your camera
12 pictures of the Control Room will be required - Panoramic View (Left, Center, Right) - before install and after install
Labels and/or a marking pen to label any patch panel
Small screwdriver (Should not be needed, but for disconnecting and connecting peripheral components)
Tape Measure
Socket Wrench (3/4) or 9/16 For the base of the rack
Tool Bag (Tie Wraps and Velcro)
Small Pan Screws for the rack (shelves)
1 inch screws for the Cable Hangers
