REQUIREMENTS:
=C3=A2?=C2=A2 1 year experience using and implementing AdventNet's ServiceDesk Plus Release 5
=C3=A2?=C2=A2 5 years MCSE level experience setting up and configuring servers in large scale environments
=C3=A2?=C2=A2 Windows Server 2000, Windows Server 2003, Intel server hardware and administration experience.
=C3=A2?=C2=A2 Familiarity with USAF 319 Civil Engineering Squadron's IT environment
=C3=A2?=C2=A2 Excellent oral and written communication skills.
=C3=A2?=C2=A2 Ability to interact with diverse business groups and drive change Utilize government standards for implementation and support.
=C3=A2?=C2=A2 Superior customer relation skills and the ability to maintain positive and cooperative working relationships within the team and with any customer contacts.
=C3=A2?=C2=A2 Proven analytical & problem solving skills
=C3=A2?=C2=A2 Adaptable to changing priorities, tasks, and work schedule to meet customer service standards

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Install, configure and train personnel on usage and administration of ServiceDesk software. With team and client, establish operational guidelines and work procedures. Work with clients to complete the internal work requests. Develop plans for migration and outages. Install and configure Windows 2000/2003 server. Migrate data, applications from Windows Server 2000 to 2003. Develop & implement creative network solutions to accomplish the mission with ease and efficiency while maintaining conformance with government regulations. Some packing / unpacking of servers and other equipment as well as completing all tracking information may be required. Perform server, workstation, and other hardware salvage and decommission. Provide support for continuous improvement efforts with the goal of increasing the speed and reliability of the process.
