Description
On-Call support after hours and weekends on a rotating basis. Must be self-motivated and show desire and willingness to think "outside the box." Automation should be at the fore-front of this individual thought process. The candidate should be able to follow repeatable process and procedures. High proficient in OS: UNIX, Linux, Solaris. Strong data mining in MS Access and/or SQL. and General Network troubleshooting skills. Preference will be given consideration for desired skills: Tivoli software packaging and core framework desired. Programming language is a plus. Experience with Change Management concepts is desired.
