Under the supervision of the Field Service Development Specialist, Generator Division, the Service Application Specialist II provides service to Generator Division customers, which includes troubleshooting, technical information assistance, application data, warranty processing assistance, and distributor/dealer training in a back-up role.df-tc

Experience/Skills
Mechanical or Electrical Associate Degree or equivalent experience. A thorough understanding of generators, engines, and related controls is necessary. Some knowledge of electronics is desirable.
