Creative Computer Services, Inc. is looking for several new team members with a range of skills in technology and customer service. Skills needed include: MS Access and database support, iMIS Association Management, Crystal Reports, Cold Fusion, VB, PhotoShop, Dreamweaver, .asp, web development, and networking & desktop systems support. All positions require excellent communication and customer service skills. We offer competitive salaries and benefits based on experience. Service Coordinators: Positions available with concentrations in sales-desk, helpdesk and admin support. We are looking for new team members with database and desktop support skills to manage incoming calls and triage customer needs. Position is responsible for logging, responding and managing the schedules of consultants to meet customer needs as well as providing initial contact and response to prospective customers. You must be comfortable with technology and possess good phone and writing skills for this position. The ability to create marketing materials, manage marketing campaigns and coordinate technical support needs among the team members is needed. Knowledge of MS Access, MS Outlook, desktop environment and networking technologies is an advantage. Positions we are currently hiring for include: Consulting, Sales and Administrative Support.
