Description
Responsibilities:
Manages project/orders with minimal supervision. This project will involve a high level of Customer and Team interaction, use of ordering systems, tracking the progress of orders, maintaining system records, completing weekly/daily progress reports and coordinating after hours turn-ups/testing as required. Position will be managing calls
(call center environment) to and from Customers regarding replacement and upgrades of router equipment.
Assists in the development of team structure and communicates progress to the team, while measuring and
evaluating project performance. Manages resources by obtaining commitments,
monitoring tasks, tracking resource use and managing resource levels. Assists in the application of the risk mitigation strategy. Assists with the effort to develop,identify, and document metrics to estimate and evaluate program and project activities, e.g. cost, progress, and tracking of schedules.

Experience/Skills
Must be familiar with Telco network elements and have general knowledge of Internet routers.
Excellent communications skills as well as excellent Customer contact/negotiation skills are a requirement.
Must be willing to workafter hours schedules when necessary during the project. Thorough knowledge of
Microsoft software applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential. Knowledge of MS Project and PowerPoint
