Description
Bay Area based company is currently seeking qualified candidates for larger 24/7 call center position in Glendale, AZ. This would be an ongoing contract position with no estimated end date.



Description:

Supporting internal employees with various issues relating to computer problems, cell phones, etc. Will be responsible for opening tickets and managing them to close.

Qualified candidates would have the following:

-Previous customer service experience

-Flexible with work schedule

-Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

-Ability to work with various personality types

-Ability to use a computer (will train on software)
-Flexibility with schedule (open to any shifts including Graveyard)

Desired Requirements:

-HelpDesk support (Not required)

-Familiarity with MS Office (Word and Excel)

-Willingness to work over time

-Previous experience working in a call center

-Previous customer service
