PEROT SYSTEMS CORPORATION is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. It is currently looking for a SERVICE DESK SUPPORT ANALYST to join our team in PLANO, TX.

Job Responsibilities:
*Answer incoming support calls for eCare Suite, ECHO and Physician Portal support. Provide troubleshooting and escalation process for end user support.

Required Skills: Minimum 5-7 years customer service (call center environment preferred). Must be flexible to work on-call rotation. Strong technical skills with web based applications. OPAS ticket tracking and logging experience a plus.

Desired Skills: Strong customer service skills required. Team player. Strong technical skills with web based applications. Healthcare and clinical experience highly desired (hospital work flows, etc.) OPAS ticket tracking and logging experience a plus.

Minimum Education: College preferred, but not required
