Perot Systems Corporation is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. We are currently looking for a Service Desk Support Analyst to join our team in Plano, Texas.

Job Responsibilities:
Perot Systems is seeking an individual to work in a fast paced Technical Helpdesk providing support in a 7 x 24 environment, to a healthcare organization.

Associates are responsible for providing network, hardware, and software support for client community. Position involves troubleshooting and resolving problems regarding LAN issues, application issues, security issues, AS/400 devices, desktop issues, mainframe issues, and PCs in a Windows 95/Novell Netware environment.

Position is 100% phone support. Candidate must be open to working any shift.

Required Skills:
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in technical support or Helpdesk environment.
  • Experience and/or training in desktop support, application support, supporting network connectivity issues, and/or experience supporting devices in an AS/400 or mainframe environment.

  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and excellent customer service skills.


  • Desired Skills:
  • Customer Support/Help Desk experience a plus.
  • Experience within healthcare industry is a plus.

    Certifications:
  • MCP preferred.
