Perot Systems is currently looking for a Helpdesk Support Technician to join our team in Phoenix, AZ supporting one of our largest healthcare client.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high quality support to client hardware and software application users across the client Enterprise.

  • Range of support includes, but is not limited to, PC desktop hardware, operating systems, networking, the office automation suite of functions installed on desktop PCs, and specific software applications associated with the client Business Units.

  • Works closely with users and other support teams to ensure that the functionality and availability of the desktop devices and applicable software satisfies requirements.

  • Support activities include problem investigation, resolution, follow-up, and continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance to enterprise standards and guidelines regarding client hardware and software support.

    Requirements:
  • 1+ years of previous helpdesk support experience
  • 1+ years of Hardware/Software support experience
  • 1+ years of MS Office suite/Win 95, 98, 00, XP

    Desired Skills:
  • Networking knowledge
  • Infrastructure knowledge
  • Customer service soft skills
