Description
Service Level Management Standardized work process:Define and maintain Service Level Management processes, including templates and reports. Defining elements of Service Level requirements (both end to end and component level) to verify that Performing Suppliers Service Level Management plans meet requirements. Aggregating individual Performing Supplier Service Level reports to provide an end to end Service Level report. ITIL Foundation Certified (preferable). Experience in or knowledge of principles of Service Level Management. Have previously performed Service Level Management including tracking and managing performance, identifying corrective or improvement actions to drive improvement in performance. Understanding Service Level Management methodology how SLs are tracked, measured and reported. Understanding of common technology mainframe, Unix, AS400, Intel, desktop, Network. Ability to manage and co-ordinate performing suppliers to achieve the desired outcome. Excellent written and verbal communications Monitoring Performing Supplier performance measures against Service Levels (SLs) and providing reports to Customer indicating Performing Supplier performance.df-tc
