Preferred: Undergraduate, MCSE, MCSA, CCNA
Thorough understanding of Microsoft infrastructure products and basic licensing guidelines for same.

Hands on knowledge and experience with Cisco, VMware, Exchange, SQL, Sharepoint, or MS Virtual Server a big plus. Previous project management experience required. The right individual will be business oriented and technical. We are looking for a polished professional individual. This position is a key individual to work directly with the president to develop and implement new corporate technical initiatives. Assist in developing technical standards for our SMB clients. Manage implementation projects at client sites. Coordinate the field staff and ensure high utilization levels. Prepare and present client network assessments. Research and identify new technical solutions for our clients. Interface with clients in managing projects or assist in managing account. Prepare proposals and review all quotes before presentation to clients. This is not a sales position but the position may require proposal presentation Local travel only.

Job Responsibilities
1. Manage the daily activities of field engineers and oversee overall client support
2. Manage implementation of projects including customer interaction
3. Investigate and manage the research, testing and development of new technical solutions to be used at client sites.
4. Prepare project plans and compile client site assessments.
5. Maintain and regularly update our best practices standards.
6. Ensure client sites are maintained to our standards as outlined in our best practices document.

Successful candidates will:
1. Be very organized
2. Be able to multi task in a fast paced environment
3. Be able to relatively quickly evaluate new products/solutions to determine if appropriate for further testing or implementation in client environments.
4. Be able to discuss business issues as well as technical issues with clients.
