Assignment Capsule
As a Service Operations business analyst you will: collect and analyze multi-faceted data using advanced methodologies and tools. You will then use the data you have generated to develop programs for process and productivity improvements, assisting in the presentation and implementation of your recommendations and solutions.

  • Generate comparative analyses of actual results to expected results and report your findings
  • Perform testing of new applications as they relate to enhancements and system issues
  • Partner with the Information Technology department and business areas during the design of system enhancements and issue resolutions, and throughout the testing process
  • Resolve system issues as they relate to production processing, report applications and system output

Role Essentials
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Prior longevity working within the health service industry and/or service operations
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint


Role Desirables
  • Working knowledge of Badger and MetaVance


Reporting Relationships
  • You will report to a Manager. This area is under the leadership of the SVP & Chief Operating Officer.
