Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
Strong coders, not architect leads, etc
Experienced with C+/C++ (they will be working with established services in these legacy environments and moving them/ connecting them to J2EE)
Experience should be in J2EE - JSP is not helpful to their environment
Data Modeling experience
Eclipse/ Unix epxerience
SQL - should know how to do basic queries
Should have worked in writing services strictly on EJB's not webservices.df-tc
