Knowledge Base Coordinator
JOB DESCRIPTION
The main function of the knowledge base coordinator position would be to champion the service center knowledge sharing using Share Point, so that the organization's know-how, information, policies and practices are shared across the organization.

Key responsibilities include:
Build and manage Intranet sites in accordance with KM and Intranet strategy, using Client-approved tools and templates overseen by the Web manager
Ensure adherence to all established global, regional, and business standards and guidelines for Intranet content
Establish and manage segment library structure
Define and implement processes to populate and maintain segment library and site
Ensure the quality, relevance and currency of information on the business site and materials posted to the business library
Review and evaluate segment site and library utilization metrics; suggest ideas for improving site and library utilization based on trending analysis and implement recommendations for improving utilization
Implement approved KM applications and online tools
Assist with the initial implementation and roll-out of knowledgebase solution throughout the service center by assisting in the loading and tagging of content.
Promote Real Time updating of the knowledge base by partnering closely with members of the service center to ensure that all content is updated as it changes.
Share knowledge and experiences across HR and other areas as appropriate
Help monitor and evaluate the knowledge sharing program
Help disseminate information about the organization's knowledge sharing program to internal and external audiences, including maintaining communications on knowledge sharing across the organization and participation in orientation and training sessions.

Requirements
3 - 5 years of experience within a Human Resources service center organization
Familiarity with developing and delivering knowledge sharing programs using Share Point
Project management skills
MS Office skills
Basic understand of Web development
Strong process-focused skills
Experience in establishing effective partnerships within and outside the organization.
