Active Directory with C#

Knowledge of n-tier design and OOD
Ability to work in a dynamic, highly motivated team to produce enterprise grade software designed to support our diverse internal customers
Communication Skills
Excellent communication skills is a must along with the ability to communicate status and technical issue to the business users

Problem solving abilities and interpersonal skills very important
Software Design and Development
Adhere to standards for Web Design, documentation, performance, naming conventions and reusable code.
Work development team to convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Effectively communicate application designs orally and in written format with end users, management, and developers
Assist in establishing a framework to support future development initiatives.
Follow standards for Performance and Load/Stress testing
Degree in Computer Science, Related Field, or comparable amount of job experience
