Description
We are recruiting for the following profile to fill a temporary assignment, approximately 40 hrs/wk. for 1-3 months on-site at our client's east side Cleveland location.Functions (Sharepoint): • Establish new sites based on information provided during request process• Enforce site organizational structure, adapt as necessary• Distribute training materials to requestors (optimally, would be able to develop and edit training materials) • First line of defense for customer support issues in setting up sites• Assist users in adding team members to their sites • Identify common sources of problems and pro-actively recommend steps to address these issues, be they interface changes, expansion of training material, or functionality changes. • Look for opportunities to foster its adoption throughout the organization• Monitor and report on site usage and most frequently used functions• Log all requests for sites and turnaround time from point of request to set up. • Expire old sites and develop archival proceduresFunctions (Web Services Support):• Handles all initial support calls to Web Services• Works with Help Desk to re-route mistakenly assigned tickets to appropriate dept.• Handles all FormMail, Web Account and other service requests• Routes application issues that can’t be handled to the development team• Works with Help Desk to keep them updated / trained on various web services applications• Update contact list (get contacts, phone numbers, as well as add new applications)• Help update the Knowledge Base• Helps with documentation or training materials as needed• Handles basic Intranet/Internet HTML updates for people who infrequently perform that function. • Trains users on current tool set to maintain intranet • Audits current intranet to understand who owns what areas of the site and how it is organized.

Experience/Skills
Bachelors Degree and minimum 2 years experience in similar role. Excellent customer service skills, good verbal and written communication skills. Web literacy, HTML skills required, CSS and ASP skills recommended. Additional related web design and development applications such as Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash, etc. would be helpful foundation skills.
