Description
COMSYS, a leading IT services company, is looking for a Sharepoint Developer for a 3 month contract in Columbus , GA , with an anticipated start date of July 1, 2009. The majority of work will need to be done onsite; however, some remote work will be acceptable.

Required Skill-sets:

C#, ASP.Net, WSS 3.0, MOSS 2007, SSRS

Desired skill-sets:

ADO.net, Net 3.5, MOSS 2003

Project Description:
The system is our clients IT divisions forecasting system. The IT budget center managers update their forecasted spending (outlooks) via the system throughout the month. The system is Web based using SharePoint technology, and the details include expenses and assets.

Some of the key features of the SharePoint system are:

Outlooking at the line item detail

Month long outlooking capability

Notes section to explain different types of variances

Instant roll-up so no more compiling in LiveLink

Sums at the top and left for easier readability.

The monthly budget meeting drives the outlook cycle. The budget meeting is usually the third Friday of the month unless this falls on the 15th or 16th. Then it is moved to the next Friday. Outlooks are due to IT Finance on Friday, the week before and are due to officers the day before that.

Here are the requirements for the reporting needs:

These reports will be calculated at the various hierarchy levels - budget center, department, subdivision, division, and group.

Security for visibility of course will need to apply.

Within these reports the administrators will be able to establish rules that will highlight cells for variances or changes to prior outlooks that need explaining.

These rules must be sophisticated enough to highlight a cell if the amount is one level, but also change the criteria to a different amount to highlight that cell if the rollup reaches a certain threshold.

These explanations should be grouped together so that similar explanations can be viewed at once. For example an officer may want to group all of the reasons they missed last months outlook together.
