Job Description

We are searching for a talented SharePoint Developer with experience in developing and customizing applications in a Microsoft Environment.
In this role, the candidate will work with the business and IT team to define requirements, prototype, test, and deploy business solutions. This individual will also be responsible for development of technical and end-user documentation. This position reports directly to the Director of IT.


Job Responsibilities include:

* Design, develop and implement business applications using current .NET technologies and OOD principals
* Design and architect solutions in SPS and WSS
* Administer, configure and customize SharePoint Portal Server
* Develop design documents (ie technical specification documents, functional requirement documents
* Perform other duties as assigned


Required skills include:

* 3 years of development experience using Microsoft*s suite of Web development technology such as .NET and Visual Studio
* Has successfully implemented SharePoint Portal Solutions in the past
* Development experience of custom Web parts
* Ability to write requirements and design documentation including for SPS and WSS sites

Preferred attributes include:

* BS degree in Computer Science or a related field
