Qualifications: Strong technical and problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. 2 years experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM. 2 years experience developing custom data- driven .NET applications. Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint. Knowledge of CRM best practices and sales processes. Knowledge and experience working with Windows OS, IIS, Active Directory, TFS, and basic networking principles. Proficient coding skills using SQL, JavaScript, Web Services, XML, C#, HTML, .NET, and database applications. Have thorough understanding of the out-of-the box functionality as well as configuration options applicable to Sales and Customer Service. This role requires a thorough understanding of CRM concepts. Responsibilities: Responsible for implementation, support, configuration, and customization of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
