Sharepoint Developer

Requirements:

1. Strong "hands-on" Sharepoint developer with enough experience to be able to operate as a designer/solution architect
2. Understanding of Sharepoint 2007/MOSS, to be able to determine what should be implemented as "out of the box" vs. requires custom development
3. Experience and capability in .NET and C# development to be able to develop and implement required customizations not delivered out-of-the-box
4. Solid experience across full project SDLC, from planning, requirements definition, solution design, construction, testing (unit, functional, integration, performance), and deployment
5. Must have good verbal and written communications
