About the Position
Provide SharePoint development, customization and integration of enterprise solutions involving Workflows, Portals and Business Templates and Forms. Implement, maintain and administer the SharePoint sites. Provide database and report development to support the data that is input, managed and tracked via the SharePoint sites. Participate in analysis, design and planning sessions to ensure that the work products and deliverables are of the highest quality.

Description
- Participate in SharePoint architecture, development, deployment, and administration issues
- Responsible for building portal components including Web parts, support existing solutions and write technical specifications
- Provide advanced-level SharePoint design work, custom development, product implementation (ie portal/site setup and configuration), documentation, and best practices consulting.
- Develop standards and frameworks designed to maintain consistency throughout applications and their components
- Administer and support Windows SharePoint services and applications, including troubleshooting and resolution of errors, code and configuration changes, and coordination with other support teams
- Provide database integration with SharePoint and report development.
- Design and build professional quality reports for senior management level reporting.
- Work closely with business and development team to convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Provide application technical support consistent with defined service levels
- Follow up on issues in an efficient manner, including working hand in hand with technical and functional teams
- Regularly communicate progress, issues, and risks to project lead/manager.

Qualifications
- 6+ years in Software Development preferably in large scale enterprise projects
- Thorough understanding of Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007
- Strong analytical skills, specifically with analysing business requirements and turning them into Web base deliverables.
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server 2005
- Excellent learning and communication skill
- Ability to manage time efficiently and multi-task multiple deadlines and sometimes unexpected requests

Qualification Rating
FNMACompany Default Category 5-7+ years software development experience.
5+ Yrs. Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
Yes Post-graduate degree desired.
Yes Professional certification(s) desired.
Yes Strong knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
