Description
This position focuses on providing operational support for existing and emerging MediaRich for SharePoint systems. Typical day-to-day activities include Tier 3 technical support, customer needs, and platform maintenance. Manage internal and external technical and support issues related to our products that enhance Microsoft SharePoint. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to review and help troubleshoot escalated internal and external support cases, create and maintain support documentation along with other materials for the knowledge base, administer internal SharePoint installations, resolve technical issues as the Tier 2/3 support engineer for SharePoint, support pre and post sales as the Tier 3/4 support engineer, serve as a point of escalation for SharePoint issues triage related system bugs & issues and assist with the maintenance of core SharePoint system functionality assist with activities that include system deployment, product demonstrations, and issue resolution support, other tasks assigned by management.df-tc
Experience/Skills
Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office SharePoint Services (MOSS) including installation and administration 2003 and 2007, maintaining and troubleshooting IIS. Demonstrated experience with Microsoft .NET technologies such as ASP.net, VB.net, ADO.net SQL Server, XML, C#, and Web Services. The ability and willingness to be flexible under changing conditions, understand customer questions & compose clear, articulate, accurate responses, exhibit professionalism and a positive attitude under pressure, work independently yet collaborate cross-functionally in a team environment.
