We are currently seeking a Siebel Analyst for a contract with an initial term of 3 months possibly longer to start asap.

Experience/Skills
Skill Set Needed:

1) Ability to get up to speed quickly on business processes and proposed solution
2) Excellent analytical, research, problem solving skills
3) Excellent oral and written communication skills necessary
4) Knowledge of Siebel (version 7.7 or higher) and CRM
5) Be able to use Visio (2003 pref), Microsoft Office and Snagit tools
6) Knowledge of Call Center Operations
7) Knowledge of the Health Insurance Industry
8) Ability to facilitate and control meetings with a varied audience
