Siebel Analytics Developer II Location: Texas Description:This position is responsible for applying advanced technical and business knowledge in the evaluation, development, implementation and support of AHA's Siebel Analytics 'business intelligence' software application and related systems. Systems shall include the packaged applications of Siebel Analytics 7.8.x, Siebel CRM 7.8.x, 'business intelligence,' 'decision support systems,' or custom developed applications. This is a senior level development position with responsibilities that include mentoring other development staff technically, as well as resolving advanced or complicated development issues escalated from more junior staff. The responsibilities of this position rely strongly on advanced technical experience in Siebel Analytics 7.8.x applications, data warehousing, data management, data modeling and end user tools. They also rely on experience with Siebel Analytics Dashboards, Answers, business intelligence architecture, decision support systems, metadata tools, ETL tools, EAI tools, and report design.Experience:* College degree (or equivalent experience) required. *At minimum of 5 years experience with Siebel Analytics (or other business intelligence or decision support systems), and/or in combination with Siebel CRM Call Center, Service, or Sales Enterprise. * 'Hands on' experience with Siebel Analytics 'Dashboards' and 'Answers,' business intelligence metadata and architecture, data warehouse design, decision support systems, metadata tools, ETL mappings, ETL tools, EAI tools, and report writing and design. * Strong technical understanding of customer data flows and how they impact the establishment of data warehousing, data management, and analytical architectures. Exposure to Oracle data bases. Experience providing advanced Tier 3 end-user support.df-tc
