Description
We have a full time opening for a Sr. Siebel Applications Specialist.

The qualified candidate must have the following:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Computer Science.
- Minimum 10 years progressive experience in software development / support of mission-critical systems required.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on Siebel application experience; including Tools configuration, workflow, assignment manager.
- Siebel 7.7 Certified Consultant certification
- Comprehension of industry and Siebel application best practices for software product life cycles and the ability to understand the impact of business decisions on technical environments required.
- Demonstrated ability to excel in a collaborative environment to build consensus and to manage conflicting priorities.
- Expertise in Siebel system requirements analysis, and all aspects of Siebel system application and functional design, configuration, and customization.
- Ability to deliver under pressure and with short timelines; strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Must be highly organized and self-motivated.
- Must have strong communication skills; ability to influence peers and superiors.
