Description
Senior QA Test Engineer responsible to ensure quality, validate new functionality and regression test existing functionality, which includes developing a comprehensive test plan, test scenarios and test cases. The QA Test Engineer will be responsible for querying the Oracle database to extract and then manipulate the appropriate data as input to testing. The QA Test Engineer will be responsible for test planning with client user community, test case development, error resolution management with development, test execution, and error resolution in a CRM environment including Siebel & E.piphany.

Skills & Experience:

(1) Sr CRM (Siebel & E.piphany ) Tester Engineer & Quality Assurance Analysts:
2-5+ Years Experience in CRM Application Testing on Siebel and E.piphany preferred.
2-5+ Years Experience in Unix, Oracle Db, SQL, & Windows (NT & 2000).
2-5+ Years Experience in Application Testing, Test Design, & Test Data Development.
Excellent Unix and SQL commands required
Excellent CRM business process skills required
Excellent English Communication (written & verbal) skills
Excellent Teaming & Collaboration Skills
Must be a self starter, be able to work independently and be self motivated
