Here is the requirement

Siebel Enterprise/Integration Architect (thought leader)
*Enterprise view of how we can/will use Siebel across multiple applications and lines of business
*Understand and guide integration with other enterprise applications and enterprise application architecture foundations (e.g. Pega Rules Process Commander)
*Experience in architecting and implementing Siebel at a global enterprise level
*Understand and guide integration with legacy systems, back office systems, databases, web service and Integration Broker Systems
*Understand and guide integration from an Service Orientated Architecture (SOA) approach
*Lead the development of the logical architecture of the Siebel product(s), data model(s) and future frameworks from an Enterprise View

*Define deployment best practices ** including the appropriate support model
*Define the number of environments (e.g. Dev, Int, QA, etc**)
*Define how interfaces between Siebel and other enterprise applications will be designed
*Detailed implementation design of Siebel and appropriate frameworks with the following quality attributes:
Scalability
Reliability
Availability
Supportability
Experience in Insurance and Healthcare is highly desired
