Siebel Implementation Lead
Location: Little Falls, New Jersey OR Cary, North Carolina

*Please note* Will consider virtual/remote work arrangement for the right candidate

When completed, the Siebel implementation will have well over 1000 users supporting 100+ client-teams and shared services to deliver a range of HR and Benefit Services around the globe.
The Siebel Implementation Lead will join a small team responsible for a variety of functions related to the development and deployment of this new Siebel environment, including:


Coordinating with 3rd party implementation vendor(s)
Assisting with development design work
Designing systems integration requirements from a business process perspective
Mapping and re-engineering processes to drive standardization
Training and deploying to client teams, a multi-tenant configuration of Siebel
Project management of client implementations in accordance with ACS standard methodology


This is not a coding/development/technical role, but a good understanding of system capabilities and limitations is required.

Requirements:
-Minimum: Bachelors Degree plus 5 years work experience
-Masters Degree preferred but not required
- Must have experience with successfully implementing Siebel in the HR Benefits/HRO workspace. Also requires experience integrating Siebel with other tools (i.e. ODM, FileNet, Knova, Sybase, etc.)
-Process re-engineering experience
-Detail oriented, self starter and someone who can work with minimum supervision
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Strong organizational skills
-Project management experience
-Likes to educate, and problem-solve
-Able to convince colleagues of the “benefits of change”
-PMP Certification a plus.
-Position includes up to 40-50% travel, domestic and international.
-All other duties as assigned.
