Job description: We urgntly require Siebel Integration Architecture with for ur direct client.

Skills:

** Experience managing, designing, and implementing complex interfaces between Siebel and Legacy applications; including Siebel EAI, Siebel EIM, custom Siebel workflow, Siebel Business Service development, and usage of various Siebel connectors and adaptors.
** Knowledge of Siebel Infrastructure and physical server layer design and implementation best practices.
** Knowledge of Siebel performance design best practices and performance tuning techniques.
** Expertise in Siebel security design, including designing a solution to meet unique business requirements using Siebel controls such as Roles, Responsibilities, Positions, etc. to facilitate appropriate screen and data access across a diverse user group.
** Experience with Single-sign-on integration with Siebel Applications is a plus.
** Knowledge of and Experience with Siebel upgrades, especially upgrades to 8.0 is preferred.
** 7+ years of experience in at least two IT disciplines in a multi-tier environment.
** 5+ years experience operating in an architect or technical leadership role on enterprise wide development projects.
** Knowledge of client/server processing and object-oriented analysis and design methodologies.
** Knowledge of Web architectures including portals, application servers, security, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and .Net / Java technologies.
** Knowledge of relational database technologies and data access patterns and frameworks.
** Ability to balance the long-term and short-term implications of individual architecture decisions.
** Ability to translate business needs into enterprise architecture requirements.
** Ability to comprehend rapidly the functions and capabilities of new technologies.
** Must have experience building strong and credible relationships, and effectively collaborate across the extended enterprise (employee, partners, and customers)
** Must possess excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
** Requires strong communication skills ** both written and oral.
** Prior consulting experience is desirable.
** Prior experience with ITIL, CMMI and the Zachman Framework is a plus.
** Knowledge of Pega Systems and other Centralized rules engines is a plus.

5+ years of experience designing and deploying Siebel-based solutions, including leading design efforts to develop complex business solutions using both Siebel and legacy components and systems.
Experience with implementing and designing Siebel solutions in a Financial Services, Health Care, or Insurance environment is preferred.
