Required Skills:
Extensive experience in Siebel configuration
Siebel 7.x software installation and upgrade experience
Configuration and deployment experience on three or more Siebel 7 implementation projects
Siebel 7 scripting (eScript) experience
Enterprise Integration Management experience
Experience with Siebel Workflow
Experience in software implementation methodology and Enterprise Application Integration
Working knowledge of database administration basics, schemas and objects.
Knowledge of PL/SQL stored procedures, functions

Nice to have:
Siebel 7 performance tuning experience.
Informatica Power Center/Power Connect experience.
EAI - web services experience
