Description
Meridian Technologies, Inc. is a full lifecycle development company providing a
full-range of information management services including staff augmentation/
consulting and delivering complete project solutions to mid-sized and Fortune
500 companies. We are currently hiring 2 Sr. Level Siebel Testers with 3 years Siebel
Testing experience (version 7.5.3.4 or above) to assist with a high profile Siebel Upgrade
project. Client is interviewing for immediate hire.

Area of responsibility includes Siebel Common Customer Platform (CCP) projects.Experience
testing in Siebel environment required
?Participate in creation of test strategies and plans
?Develop and execute test scenarios, conditions, and scripts
?Perform analysis on test results
?Document test results
?Set up test beds based on identified data matching test scripts
?System Test execution
?Regression test execution
?Coordinate UAT execution
?Write and coordinate Problem Identification tickets and ensure the appropriate hand-offs
and
retesting takes place
?Provide mentoring and guidance to junior testing specialists
?Manage testing to test schedule
?Communicate testing progress
?Must have 3 years Siebel Testing experience (version 7.5.3.4 or above)
3-5 years testing experience on web applications and complex batch and online
applications
?Ability to quickly learn the application, data & environment
?Solid understanding of testing components and deliverables within the SDLC
?Proficiency using Test Director or Rational, MS Word, MS Excel, and XML testing
?Working knowledge of automated testing tools (SQA, QTP and WinRunner)
?Must be learned in methods and tools to extract and analyze data (TSO/ISPF, MS Access,
SQL,
QMF)
?Uses facts and available information to develop logical assumptions and draw correct
inferences from information
?Demonstrated excellent communication, problem solving, and decision-making skills
coupled
with the ability to work successfully in a team environment
?Attention to detail to avoid making mistakes
?Consistently ensure that completed products meet established quality requirements
?Create efficiencies where appropriate and enhance productivity
?Clear and thorough communication
?Healthcare industry, insurance, and managed care environment experience is a plus
?Bachelor?s degree in a related area is preferred df-tc
