Description
Seeking candidate to provide Level 3 support for Siebel ePharma application, supporting PPD sales force.
Requires strong analytical skills, information systems background, and excellent written and verbal communication. Must possess the ability to interact with 3rd party contractors, internal help desk resources and business personnel. Person should have a good understanding of how to troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and communicate with non-technical users.
Software includes Siebel 6.3.0.242 client and handheld, VPN and Microsoft Active Sync. Hardware includes Dell 610 Laptop and HP 728 Handheld device.
Job duties include:
  • Working on escalated help desk tickets
  • Directly resolving issues with sales representatives and district managers
  • Updating resolution database
  • Facilitating knowledge transfer sessions
  • Providing metrics on monthly call volumes and areas of impact.
    Person should be a well-spoken individual who can communicate well with others, multi-task and apply great attention to detail.
