***REQUIREMENTS:
  • Broad understanding of the QA process and software development life cycle
  • 4+ years experience in a structured QA environment
  • Strong experience in Siebel Analytics testing
  • Strong back ground of SQL, Siebel database schema, concepts of Data Warehouse, and Data Validation.
  • Exposure to Siebel 7.5+
  • Experience utilizing Mercury Test Director for requirements; test planning, execution & defects reporting
  • Good individual contributor
  • Excellent verbal and written technical communication skills

    ***DESIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:

  • Knowledge of software quality metrics
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Attention to detail, with good presentation and negotiation skills
  • Skill with exploratory testing, structured approach necessary.

    Responsibilities:
    ***QA ANALYST - SIEBEL ANALYTICS TESTER: This person assures the quality and successful launch of our CRM applications and associated systems. This involves understanding the business requirements, preparing the test plans, preparation and execution of test cases. Develop and execute test scenarios, conditions, and scripts for system, reporting and Analytics

    ***RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design, review, implement, and maintain Test Designs, including documentation of all test cases
  • Engage in exploratory testing, as an auxiliary means of finding defects in our web/enterprise systems
  • Able to handle project enhancements / Maintenance release cycles testing independently
  • Refine high-level test strategies (Test Plans) in collaboration with other SQA team members
  • Maintain technology expertise, keeping current with evolving quality testing techniques
  • Validating the enterprise systems before going live.
