We have an immediate need for a Siebel/Trillium Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is looking for a Siebel/Trillium technician for a contract opportunity in Bethesda, MD. Other required skills are:

1-2 years experience w/configuring and setting up Siebel CTI/Avaya

1-2 years experience w/configuring Trillium 11 for a Siebel implementation

2-3 years experience w/Siebel Tools, eScripts and browser Scripting

Strong business process skills

Experience with Siebel UDQ and Trillium 11 is a must
