Description
For the wireless UMTS project, overall responsibility for all site acquisition activities in order to review and renegotiate leases, zone and obtain building permits as necessary including meeting cost and schedule for each site, reporting milestone status and managing all site acquisition, A/E and environmental subcontracting firms. Must have wireless site acquisition experience. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and very organized. Must be able to meet goals of a project within a tight deadline environment.
