Responsibilities

â??Q Manage all aspects of the site acquisition practice, including business development, staffing, pricing, proposals, and client interaction.

â??Q Hiring and staffing as required
â??Q Revenue forecasting as required
â??Q Direct support of site acquisition projects through direct work on leasing. zoning, and permitting
â??Q Site visits for review of job progress
â??Q Coordinate specifications and scopes of work and submit proposals/respond to RFPi:s/RFQi:s
â??Q Trouble shooting and problem solving
â??Q Training and development of systems for assisting employees to achieve success.
â??Q Identify new revenue streams through understanding of clients needs
â??Q Maintain frequent and personal contact with clients to build strong relationships
â??Q Manage multiple actions concurrently
â??Q Communicate expectations to others effectively
â??Q Organize and prioritize work flow
â??Q Learn and stay current with technological aspects of industry



Requirements

â??Q 5+ years of experience in wireless site acquisition services
â??Q BA or equivalent
â??Q Previous management experience
â??Q Previous experience in managing budgets and staff
â??Q Ability to seek out and secure new business in the acquisition practice
â??Q MS Office
â??Q Good verbal and written skills
â??Q Adaptable team oriented individual with exceptional intrapersonal skills
â??Q Demonstrated decision making and problem solving skills
â??Q Ability to travel
â??Q Ability to quick study new concepts and responsibilities
â??Q Ability to development relationships and handle difficult customers professionally
â??Q Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and current drivers license
