We are extending our technical support team due to increased sales and rapid growth within our organization. This position will give you the opportunity to work with cutting edge technology. This is a great opportunity for highly motivated, detail-oriented people who like to learn and challenge themselves. This position requires great attention to detail and good PR skills for interacting with customers on the phone and in person. Must be a team player and be willing to travel.

The ideal candidate will be an aggressive and talented person, looking to further develop their skills with our growing organization. We are an established leader in Time and Attendance and are now looking to broaden our product offerings. This is an excellent opportunity for the right person to participate in all aspects of developing and launching new technology solutions.

You will conduct individual and group training sessions and provide technical support to our customers. You will provide ongoing support for our clients, test new applications, and create training materials. You will also implement software at client sites and conduct web training sessions. Experience as a professional trainer required, especially with technical material. You will be an integral part of our team and learn all aspects of new product training. This position is a multi-faceted multi-objective position catering to the needs of our clients.

Experience/Skills
SQL server and Web applications, MS Access, Software Implementation Training, Experience in data entry Working knowledge of Crystal Reports, Visio Logic, and ODBC interface would be greatly appreciated. Experience with Windows XP, Excel, PowerPoint, and databases needed. Payroll experience a plus. Experience with attendance and scheduling systems required. Travel required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
