Corporate Communication Associate:Job Responsibilities:• Support overall advertising, public relations and communications initiatives• Manage and update corporate websites • Assist in development and design of various corporate collateral and marketing materials• Responsible for project management - including design, revision, proofing and printing/final publication - of: o Corporate presentationso Informational postcardso Blast e-mail communicationso Fact sheetso CD-ROMs• Help maintain consistent branding throughout advertising, sales materials, promotional materials and corporate collateral• Work with various departments and Senior Management to establish and manage advertising program and budget• Manage review process by respective appropriate internal and external partiesdf-tc

Experience/Skills
Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree required, Communications or Marketing disciplines preferred • Proficiency in desktop publishing programs such as Quark/InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop as well as PowerPoint, Word and Excel • Proficiency in HTML web design (at minimum) and content management systems• Superior oral and written communication skills • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a deadline-sensitive environment while maintaining high-quality work product• Proven ability to interact with all levels of staff, including Senior Management• Strong organizational skills• Ability to work independently within a team environmentExperience: 2-3 years of work experience is requiredFor Immediate consideration please e-mail your resume to mark.graydon@creativegroup.com
