Description
Web 2.0 and knowledge management consulting opportunities with a leading consulting firm. Your consulting engagements will involved Knowledge & Collaboration (K&C) with responsiblty for successful delivery of K&C process transformation and change management initiatives. You will be working at both strategic and tactical (execution) levels within companies to define their KM, Collaboration, Web 2.0, collaborative innovation, social networking, and other social computing programs from business case through implementation, delivery, and measurement.

You will need some background and knowledge of K&C methodologies and practices (e.g., web 2.0, social network analysis, collaborative innovation, etc.).

If work-life balance along with flexibility on where you can live is important, you can reside in any of the following major US cities: Atlanta, Boston, Charlotte, Chicago, Cincinnati, Columbus, Cleveland, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Hartford, Houston, Kansas City, Los Angeles, Miami, Minneapolis, New York City, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Tulsa or Washington DC. You can live within a reasonable commuting distance (generally 50 miles) of one of these major airports. Weekday travel is typically three nights away from home with an emphasis on achieving a satisfying work-life balance. Occasional weeks may require four nights.df-tc

Experience/Skills

Requires recent significant (2- 5 yrs.) and relevant work experience with a large Financial Services firm in the Financial Markets, Banking, or Insurance industry

Consulting experience

5 years design work with substantive knowledge management or collaboration projects with min. 3 yrs. experience designing specifically for social computing platforms

Web 2.0

Collaborative innovation, social networking
