Description
A leading Southwestern, Ohio Client has partnered with Russ Hadick and Associates, Inc to help them find qualified candidates for their Software Engineer position. You will be responsible for implementing applications and evaluating methods to meet product requirements. You will be working from requirements definition, to feature design, implementation, integration, testing and maintenance. You will work closely with team members to optimize functionality / time-to-market tradeoffs.df-tc

Experience/Skills
Qualified candidates must have experience with C or C++ or C# and Microsoft IIS. Must have understanding of and experience with object-oriented design and coding, relational database concepts and SQL (particularly Microsoft SQL Server, but any relational DB is acceptable). You must also have an understanding of TCP/IP, or HTTP, or SNMP, or Sockets. Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and be able to communicate effectively with the customer and team members. A Masters Degree in Computer Science or similar discipline or experience with MFC, Perl, Java, XML, ASP is considered a "plus" but not required. Also check out our website at .
