This Software Applications Consultant position provides support on company's software implementation projects.

Primary Responsibilities
Manipulation of client's equipment, inventory, work order and purchasing data in Microsoft Access
Loading of client data using application specific interfaces, database procedures or ETL tools
Configuration of 3rd party software applications (Maximo, Datastream, etc)
Development of data entry forms and data manipulation scripts in Microsoft Access

Secondary Responsibilities
Development of custom programs utilities using Visual Basic or other programming languages
Report writing in Cognos, Actuate, Access or Crystal Reports

Requirements
Bachelor's degree and 2+ years relevant experience or 4+ years relevant experience
Expert Microsoft Access, Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
Proficient Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
Experienced with Microsoft Visio
Experience with Oracle or MS SQL Server
Experience with ODBC
Preferred experience with Visual Basic .Net, Java or other programming languages
Must be able to report to office or client locations as scheduled
Must be able to provide reliable transportation to client sites

Travel Requirements
Position may require travel to satellite and/or client locations
Up to 50-80% travel required
Travel by commercial and/or private aircraft may be required

Working Conditions
Must be able to lift computer equipment (20-60 lbs.)
Must be able to access non-ADA compliant facilities at client domestic and international facilities
