MAS 90 MAS 200 Software Support Consultant
Position Summary: Provide friendly phone, modem and on-site support for our clients using MAS 90 MAS 200 accounting software. Investigate and resolve MAS 90 MAS 200 user application problems. Assist in the sales support cycle, training, planning and consulting of new installations, implementations and upgrades.


Position Requirements: One to two years experience using or trouble shooting MAS 90 MAS 200 products and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Accounting knowledge and experience.



Responsibilities include:
Provide phone, modem and on-site support for users experiencing problems with MAS 90 MAS 200 software applications.
Project manage new installations of MAS 90 MAS 200 application software, server applications and peripheral drivers at client site.
Assist in the design or creation of data imports and exports of accounting related data.
Assist Sales staff with product demonstrations to potential customers.
Act as liaison with internal departments clients


Salary Range: $40,000-$90,000 + Bonus (Depending upon experience and qualifications)df-tc
