PositionDescription - What we are looking for is a strong C++ coder who can jump right in and make immediate contributions to the Windows User experience by correcting a wide variety of bugs relating to accessibility. An ideal candidate will have previous experience with the Windows development process ? product studio, source depot, snap, razzle, bbpack, etc. It can take some developers over a month to get up to speed if they have never experienced it before, and we don?t have a month to spare. The work involves many different aspects of coding, from fussy UI details to completely missing implementations, so the ideal dev will be versatile and fearless. The cool part is that Accessibility is going to be a major, very visible feature for Vista, so this person?s work will be featured prominently in prime real estate like the login screen. That is about 650,000,000 daily users!
