Software Design Engineer in Test 3

Position Description: Join a key initiative of an advertising focused business division to deliver on advertising business goals. Our charter is to revolutionize online advertising by offering the industry a targeting platform that is unmatched in breadth, depth, and scale. The capabilities of our platform will help attract advertisers and publishers to our ad platform and provide critical input to the monetization engines. We offer industry leading user-insight and understanding throughout the eco-system which enables the delivery of the right content to the right user at the right time.



Our team spans development groups in Redmond, China, and Israel. Members of our team gain significant global experience. A slow customer experience encourages your customers to go elsewhere. Help us Drive performance and scalability issue identification and resolution throughout our code base.



We need experience in the following areas:

??? You will work in an agile development environment on a v1 product to deliver real-time user targeting capabilities.

??? Advertising is one of the largest investment and growth areas. You can make your mark here by helping the company and advertising purchasers improve their ROI through targeted advertising.

??? Web instrumentation and reporting is an ideal mechanism to get direct knowledge of how customers actually use our products. There???s tons of room for innovation in this space. Do you want to help?

??? Can you code, debug, test, and hack DHTML, AJAX, server-side C#, unmanaged C++, SQL, COSMOS, and Silverlight?

??? Global development is a strength we are building into a competitive differentiator.



We need technically strong developers and SDETs who:

??? Write strong code and can debug code from dozens of developers across our server environments (minimum of 3 years experience with C#/C++ or similar OOP language)

??? Have experience building applications on the web (the bigger/faster/smarter, the better)

??? Have strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills and can match problems with good algorithms and design patterns (minimum BS in CS or related degree)

??? Are innovative and passionate about product quality

??? Can challenge our developers and PMs and show them what they???ve missed

??? Tackle ambiguity head-on

??? Seek technical growth and will grow our team in return

??? Ideally have experienced a full product development life-cycle
