The work requires Full-time and Over-time participation during various periods of the year.



This effort supports projects, tests, and evaluations conducted using Distributed Interactive Simulation at the Mounted Warfare Test Bed, Ft. Knox, KY. The employee will analyze various data sets regarding virtual and constructive simulations for US Army experimentation. Collects and records data on crew actions and behaviors to facilitate post-experiment technical analysis by government personnel.



Experience in Brigade/Battalion TOC operations preferred.





Knowledge of BBS, OTB, OS, JANUS, or other US Military simulations a plus.



Candidate MUST be comfortable operating in BOTH Window and Linux environments.



Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.





General Position Description
Researches, designs, develops and/or modifies enterprise-wide software. Involved in planning of system development and deployment as well as responsible for meeting software compliance standards. Evaluates interface between hardware and software, operational requirements and characteristics of overall system. Documents testing and maintenance of system corrections. May include security, quality control, applications or systems software development.

Typical Minimum Education
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered career, or journey, level.
