Description
This person will be capable of receiving complex business applications projects; determining the most appropriate method of achieving the necessary results; and developing, implementing and checking the resulting system changes or modifications. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain strong organizational skills.

The position involves working closely with Customers, Marketing, Production, or Development groups in problem analysis and in preparing prototype solutions. It also means working with prospective clients, particularly in providing demonstration and systems support to ensure the successful sale and use of products.

Must be able to effectively communicate well with team members, staff, and customers.

Ability to create and provide better development/business practices and introduce new technology to the company staff. Must be creative, comfortable learning and using new technologies, and able to work on multiple projects at one time in a team environment.

Able to troubleshoot and research problems independently as well as part of a functional team.



QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or other quantitative field.

- Ability to travel as required.

- A minimum of two years of experience in customer application support.

- A minimum of five years of experience in programming the Microsoft platform with relevant experience in C#, ASP.Net, SQL Server, XML, Vista, and .Net libraries to .Net 3.5.

- Experience desired with WPF, LINQ, Mobile platforms, SQL Reporting, SQL Integration Services, SQL Replication, and vertically distributed occasionally connected systems.

- Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft .Net programming working in a team environment with Visual Studio Team System. We currently use VSTS 2008.

In place of the above requirements, directly related experience or a combination of directly related education and experience may be considered.
