Software Developer
Our client, a rapidly-growing developer and integrator of physical security systems, including perimeter security, security video (CCTV, DVR) and access control, is seeking several Software Developers for Physical Security projects for its Central NJ office.

This key position will be responsible for a series of Physical Security/ Industrial Security projects and coordination of internal development activities.

Software Design
Software Development and Test
Support of Integration & Test Team
Support of Field Support/Deployment Team
Support of Business Development and Pre-sales Team, as requireddf-tc

Experience/Skills
Education, Experience and Skills requirements
Bachelor's degree required, Master's is a plus
US Citizen or Permanent Resident
IEEE 829, ISO 9001 desired
DOD background is highly desirable
Experience with DHS is a plus
Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident

Technical Knowledge

- Very strong knowledge in C# under Windows, with a Visual C++ background

- MS Visual Studio 2003 and 2005 required;

- MFC (Microsoft Foundation Classes) and STL (Standard Template Library) a major plus.

- .NET 1.1 and 2.0 required. Please note: ASP.NET experience not considered.

- WinForms

- Strong Plus - knowledge of SQL, data design and relational concepts; experience with Relational Database Systems ** MS SQL Server preferred

- Experience with client/server architectures, multi-threaded applications, IP based sockets (TCP and UDP), XML concepts and usage, required

- Proficient in object-oriented design, data analysis and system architecture and the associated documentation
Preferred but not required.
